Back Country Meals

Our menu is the result of decades of outfitting and traveling in the back country. We know how important food is to people who have been adventuring all day. Discuss these choices with your party, fill out this form, and your meals will be packed and ready when you come!

Please indicate by checking either "1" if you want a selection for one meal, or "2" if you want that selection more than once. Everyone in your group eats the same meal, so we will adjust the amounts required to the number of people in your party. Most trips depart after breakfast the first day, and return before dinner the last day, so these meals aren't packed unless requested.

Breakfasts

Lunches

1 2	Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, fruit, punch, chocolate bar.
1 2	Beef Stew, crackers, candy snack, beverage.
1 2	Freeze Dried Cheese & Bacon spread, on pilot biscuits, fruit drink & chocolate bar.
1 2	Homemade Hudson Bay Bread, peanut butter spread, fruit drink, gorp.

Dinners
